MARK KING

Mark King is the Chief Executive Officer of Taco Bell Corp., responsible for driving the overall brand strategy and performance of the business in the U.S. and internationally. With a deep understanding of retail and a proven track record of driving innovation, brand relevance, and culture, Mark has been instrumental in accelerating innovation, sales growth, and unique brand identity, making Taco Bell a Category of One. In addition to his work at Taco Bell Corp., Mark has also made a significant impact through his role as Vice Chairman of the Taco Bell Foundation Board of Directors since 2020. Mark and his wife, Teresa, are long-time supporters of the Taco Bell Foundation through personal contributions, demonstrating their commitment to empowering young people. With Mark's leadership and support, the Taco Bell Foundation continues to make a difference in the lives of the next generation.

Neil Borkan is the owner of NJB Operations Inc, which operates Taco Bell restaurants in the Midwest throughout Illinois & Wisconsin. Neil has been a Taco Bell franchisee for over thirty years, with his first restaurant opening in 1985. Neil's dedication to supporting young people's educational pursuits led to his appointment to the Taco Bell Foundation Board of Directors in 2018, where he served as Vice Chairman before becoming Chairman in 2020. He supports the Taco Bell Foundation through Round Up, Owners' Giving Circle, at Taco Bell Foundation events, and has served as a mentor in the Live Más Mentoring program. As Chairman of the Taco Bell Foundation Board of Directors, Neil continues to lead the charge in breaking down barriers to education and empowering young people to pursue their passions and achieve their dreams.

Tom Cook is the co-founder and CEO of Pacific Bells, LLC, the CEO of World Wide Wings, LLC, and the CEO of North American Wax Company, LLC.  These companies currently operate approximately 400 retail locations across 15 states.  Mr. Cook has been a Taco Bell Franchisee since 1989, a Buffalo Wild Wings Franchisee since 2007, and A European Wax Center Franchisee since 2011. Mr. Cook is a longtime, generous supporter of the Taco Bell Foundation and is a member of the Owners’ Giving Circle, an active participant in the Round Up program, and he supports the Taco Bell Foundation through personal contributions at events and throughout the year.
